Luna Solestial partners with Charlotte's premier luxury spas and trauma-informed facilitators to guide you through a proprietary nervous system experience. Over four consecutive weeks, you'll receive one facilitated session per Family—each designed to move you through a complete cycle of somatic regulation.
This is not a spa membership.

The Experience
LUNA
Learn to rest.
Parasympathetic activation through sensory modalities like float therapy, restorative bodywork, or guided somatic relaxation.
MARE
Learn to release.
Emotional processing through water-based therapies, breathwork, or trauma-informed bodywork.
TERRA
Learn to ground.
Structural integration through deep tissue, hot stone therapy, or somatic movement practices.
SOL
Learn to integrate.
Integration ceremony with sound healing, signature treatments, and cohort closing ritual.
Each experience is 2–4 hours, held at a partnered venue in Charlotte.
Between sessions, you integrate through guided solo practices and optional cohort connection. By the end, you don't just feel different—you regulate differently.

Experience the grounding and integration phases of the Four Families Journey in a single transformative day. This pilot event combines deep bodywork to restore structural integrity with facilitated ceremony to integrate and embody your clarity.
You'll move through luxury spa treatments designed to ground your nervous system, followed by a guided Sol Family integration experience that weaves sound, breath, and intentional closure into embodied radiance.
